We appreciated the spacious rooms and reliable wifi. The hotel staff did not speak English, but they made an effort to communicate with us by using translation apps on their phones. In terms of location, we found the hotel to be conveniently positioned, with easy access to public transportation. We were pleased to discover that there were several local restaurants and shops in the area.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel offers easy access to transportation with a nearby dolmus stop and is situated in a lively area. the hotel boasts large rooms and a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of hot and cold dishes. the friendly staff members made every effort to assist guests, even using Google translate to communicate.
The hotel could use better sound insulation to block out the noise from the busy streets.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este hotel. Lo mejor de todo fue la comodidad de las camas y la privacidad que proporciona tener acceso directo a la habitación desde el garaje individual. Además, las instalaciones del hotel estaban impecables y el personal fue extremadamente amable. También nos gustó mucho la ubicación, ya que estábamos muy cerca de la Autovía, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que el ruido del tráfico no nos molestara. Además, el hotel se encuentra a unos 5-10 minutos en coche de Benavente, lo cual fue muy conveniente cuando queríamos salir a comer.
Nada, ninguna queja. El desayuno estaba incluido en el precio y era delicioso.

The breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection of hot and cold dishes, which was handy before heading out for a day of sightseeing. the location of the hotel was central and convenient, with easy access to public transportation. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.
The room had a heavy smell of smoke, which was unpleasant. the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city and conveniently close to a dolmuş stop. This made it incredibly easy to get around and explore the area. The hotel offered a range of quality services, including room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and shuttle service. I was impressed with the room amenities, which included ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a comfortable sitting area. The in-room safe gave me peace of mind, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. I also appreciated having a washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils available in the room. The flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi made it easy to relax and stay connected.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It had everything I needed and more.
